Give this Quick Routine a Try!
STEP 1 - MASSAGE
Foam roll the back and t-spine for 1-MINUTE IN TOTAL to massage and loosen up the back before the self-care stretches and mobility exercises
STEP 2 - STRETCH
1-Minute holds on each side to gain flexibility and range of motion in the back. This is great for the rotation of the back and spine!
STEP 3 - MOBILITY (ACTIVE)
Adding some movement is KEY! This is one of my all time favorites for mobility in the back and it's great to help improve posture! Perform 10 reps here!
