Medical Waiver and Release of Liability

By participating in the Get Loose Challenge provided by Joetherapy LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  1. Voluntary Participation:
    I voluntarily choose to participate in the Get Loose Challenge and understand that this program involves physical activity. I acknowledge that participation is entirely at my own risk.

  2. Medical Clearance:
    I confirm that I am physically capable of participating in this program. If I have any concerns about my health or any underlying medical conditions, I have consulted with a qualified healthcare provider before starting this program.

  3. Assumption of Risk:
    I understand that physical activity carries certain risks, including but not limited to, muscle soreness, injury, or other health complications. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in this program.

  4. Release of Liability:
    I release and discharge Joetherapy LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my participation in the Get Loose Challenge. This release includes but is not limited to claims of negligence or injury.

  5. No Guarantee of Results:
    I understand that individual results may vary and that Joetherapy LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes from the program.

  6. Community Participation:
    I agree to conduct myself respectfully within the program’s community page and acknowledge that Joetherapy LLC reserves the right to revoke access for inappropriate behavior.
